26/07/2026: Mamie Bigoude is a family favorite! The service is fast, today it was even too fast – we hadn't even finished our aperitifs before the crêpes arrived! As for the food, we're never disappointed; it's always delicious and consistently excellent! Well done to the team, especially our waiter Rémi (who shares the same name as my son).

12/07/2026: Passing through on our way to our holiday destination, we arrived at 7 pm and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. When the waiter finally arrived, there were already three families waiting at the entrance. His unpleasant remark was inappropriate, saying, and I quote: "This is a great start, I didn't understand, it's your job, sir." Yes, there are people who come to eat because they're tired from the drive and the heat. The welcome was really not great. The rest of the meal went well, except for the air conditioning which was much too cold, so we really had to rush to eat. The young man who served us wasn't the same one who had been at the entrance, and he was pleasant.
11/07/2026: Very friendly staff, fast service, and above-average quality compared to other Buffalo Grill restaurants. It deserves a higher rating.

23/07/2026: We tried our luck again and were just as disappointed. We arrived to find no one to serve us, and we waited 20 minutes, which is okay in theory, but of the three meals (kids' meal, 3 mini hot dogs, and the Master Box and tenders meal), EVERYTHING was cold! We complained, and they told us to reheat it in the microwave, then refunded the entire order, and told us to go somewhere else!

11/07/2026: Arrived at 12:50 pm on this sweltering Saturday. The dining room was sparsely filled, noisy, and air-conditioned. There was little choice for an all-you-can-eat buffet, whether it was sushi, seafood, or cheese. Lots of classic French, Chinese, and Thai dishes. One good point: sea bream. Disappointed by the desserts. So-so and expensive for a Saturday lunch.

25/04/2026: Hello, I strongly advise against this restaurant on all counts. I arrived at 9:30 PM for a meal on a Saturday (which, according to Google, closes at midnight). The welcome was icy; they seated us near the restrooms even though the entire dining room was available. The waitress told us to order very quickly because they were about to leave (great for waiters!). The head waiter, a tall man, was the worst waiter I've ever seen in my life—sorry, but he should find another line of work… Anyway, the cocktails were rushed, and our order arrived five minutes later… so we didn't order dessert because we were bothering them… Moral of the story: don't come here, or completely change your staff (and change your hours, because being open until midnight when they say they close at 10 PM is pushing it).

10/12/2025: I had a pleasant stay. The staff was excellent. The restaurant service was quick and the food was good value for money. As for the room, it was perfectly adequate, just what you'd expect when staying in a hotel.
I recommend it for a stopover in the Loire Valley!

11/07/2026: Always a great selection and quick service, the staff are lovely! However, I must mention the difficult working conditions for employees during this heatwave; the store is an oven, and they persevere with a smile. Frankly, they are very courageous. Air conditioning would be more than necessary for them. In any case, well done for their professionalism!
