This is my second visit to the establishment. The first time, the young woman was very welcoming and smiling, and yesterday, the young man was very friendly. Both times, the service was good. The bread is good, but nothing to complain about the sandwiches and pastries. I'll be back.

To answer your question: it was Saturday, June 21st. The person was a young, brunette woman, slim, and not very tall. I was a loyal customer of this bakery, which I particularly appreciated for the quality of the welcome and the service. Unfortunately, since the change of staff, the atmosphere has completely changed. One of the saleswomen, a young brunette, seems constantly annoyed, as if every customer is bothering her. No advice, no patience; you can tell she's in a hurry and doesn't want to be there. My last visit, a few days ago, was particularly disappointing. I came in around 7:15 pm to buy a loaf of bread. The different loaves were mixed in boxes, making it difficult to know which was which. The saleswoman, who was wiping the counter with a cloth, curtly told me that the whole-wheat loaf was "right behind me," without trying to help me. Seeing that I couldn't find it, she came out from behind the counter, grabbed a loaf of bread directly with her unwashed hands (even though she'd just been cleaning!), and handed it to me without any paper or slicing it. This is the first time I've seen such poor hygiene here. I kindly asked her to slice it for me, which she reluctantly did, before finally returning it wrapped, but still without washing her hands. I'm truly disappointed. The service is no longer up to scratch. It's a shame, because this bakery had everything going for it...
