10/07/2026: This is the second time I've ordered something, and there's always something missing. The employees respond with a complete lack of respect. Again at lunchtime, the manager at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. When I moved forward a little too far, she yelled "hello" twice as I tried to back up. Tonight, my son ordered McDonald's fries and cheddar for 4.90, and there was just the bottom of the box. They're really taking us for fools. I think there's been a complete decline in quality at this restaurant for some time now. They were also supposed to add something missing from a previous order, but they still haven't, even though I paid for it.

07/07/2026: Hello, I placed a takeaway order in the parking lot today. The order was successfully placed in Marmande. After 40 minutes, I had to go back inside to collect my order. When I got back, I was met by a blonde woman who clearly didn't care and wouldn't listen to me. On top of that, she started accusing us of having the wrong restaurant location. After checking, it turned out they were the ones who had made the mistake. Another gentleman was also complaining that he had been waiting for 35 minutes. After receiving my order, I went home, and there was another order error, missing items. There's always a problem with this restaurant. Not even an apology, the food was cold, and there was no gesture of goodwill. Honestly, you need to change your staff; this is unacceptable. Especially since the restaurant wasn't even that crowded. 22/06/2026: The bread is good quality, but the saleswomen handle the money and grab the bread with their bare hands, rubbing their noses. What are the tongs for? Where is the hygiene? What a shame!

05/06/2026: An order of 30 items that were from the day before. The Swiss cheese, priced at €2.50, is dry and also from the day before. This bakery is a rip-off, pathetic!

29/01/2026: I've stayed at the hotel several times before, but I hadn't tried the restaurant. What can I say? The food service was beyond appalling. The cook has no business being in the kitchen; he should find another line of work. The waitress puts on a show but doesn't care about her customers. It took over 30 minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. As for the main course, there was nothing left in the kitchen. She offered me a plate of fries with a green salad. I must be dreaming; this must be some kind of hidden camera prank. For the appetizer, I had to wait 40 minutes to be served, and the same amount of time for the main course, which turned out to be a merguez sausage with a spoonful of dry rice. In short, come here to sleep, but definitely don't go to the restaurant.

21/01/2026: On January 20th, I filled up my car with about €45 worth of diesel. A prepayment of €150 was taken from my account, as some stations do. The next day, I noticed a charge of €123! What happened? Did someone else fill up right after because the pump wasn't completely shut off? Are their pumps faulty? If that's the case, I definitely won't fill up there again!

21/05/2026: The dough was well made, the ingredients were good, and it was cooked well. Fast service and affordable price.

06/05/2026: I still enjoy coming here, it's good, you get what you need, but having a sales assistant alone at 12:30 with a rush arriving at 12:35 is unacceptable. No one else in the store to help a line of customers that barely diminishes before leaving again... no more pizza... sandwich counter emptying... baguettes also empty... so we have a sales assistant who has to redo everything while she's alone for several hours? That's not right. Perhaps you need to teach your employees how to make schedules.
