15/08/2026: On our way to our holiday destination with two young daughters, we were looking for a place to have lunch near Marmande. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a smile at 1:30 pm, even though service ended at 2 pm. The crêpes were delicious and indulgent; every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed them! The owner gave the girls coloring books, the waiter was patient and friendly, and the cooks were incredibly efficient in their preparation. We thank the entire team for their warm welcome and congratulate them on their professionalism and friendly manner. Well done and thank you!

12/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! From the warm welcome to the 5-star service and the completely homemade food, it was perfect for a family meal! The kids loved the homemade fries and nuggets. The prices are very reasonable, and our waitress Amy was incredibly kind! In short, we highly recommend it!

21/07/2026: Very disappointed. I'd been there a few months ago and it was perfect. The owner and my usual waitress were excellent. The other waitress didn't seem to know how to smile and appeared to dislike her job... I sincerely hope it wasn't the same cook as a few months ago... Pleasant enough for a drink, but that's all.

09/08/2026: For click and collect, it would be wise for your employees to check the order number before handing over orders. This would have saved me a 45-minute wait in 37°C heat while they remade my order, which your employees then gave to the wrong car, since none of the cars next to me had a phone with the order number checked. I witnessed this firsthand during those 45 minutes. The world isn't made up entirely of kind and honest people.

19/07/2026: Very nice little hotel. The pool area was amazing and so was the whole stay. The food was good especially the starter and the apple cake and the cheese. Very nice and kind people here. The breakfast was extraordinary especially the superb baguette and croissants 🥐

06/05/2026: I still enjoy coming here, it's good, you get what you need, but having a sales assistant alone at 12:30 with a rush arriving at 12:35 is unacceptable. No one else in the store to help a line of customers that barely diminishes before leaving again... no more pizza... sandwich counter emptying... baguettes also empty... so we have a sales assistant who has to redo everything while she's alone for several hours? That's not right. Perhaps you need to teach your employees how to make schedules.

24/06/2026: In April, I filled up with 30 liters of gas, and they charged me 150 euros. I called customer service several times to complain, and I also wrote quite a few emails, and I always get the same answer: someone used my card to fill up after me and I need to file a complaint.
I filed a complaint with the police, who confirmed that no one else used my card afterward, and they still refuse to reimburse me. Be careful, either the Leclerc station is scamming people who don't take a receipt, or there are scammers using our cards behind our backs (which is even more serious because of the risk of identity theft).
And in both cases, the Leclerc station or PetrolSud, which manages the system, won't reimburse you. It's very dangerous, you shouldn't go there, their machines are not protected at all.
