Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Roanne

Disappointed with the croque monsieur with blue cheese or Roquefort, as we weren't informed beforehand about the cooking time and the presentation was rather shriveled... the bread remains the favorite at this establishment. The service is quick and rushed, despite the polite sales staff. Taking care of customers is fundamental to the business, I believe. I understand the need to be fast, but a little more empathy would be appreciated.
