An excellent bakery in Marsannay-la-Côte! A well-deserved 5 stars, both for the staff and the products. What strikes you first is the team: smiling, generous, with a genuine sense of hospitality and customer service. A big thank you to the manager, Sarah: it's a pleasure to see how she leads her team and gives instructions in the shop with such kindness and approachability. Her inspiring management style is directly reflected in the quality of customer service! As for the products, they are impeccable with a very wide range of choices (special mention for the pastries and other sweet treats). The best part: their bread is so well made that it freezes beautifully. Straight from the freezer, it retains all its flavor and crispness, as if it had just come out of the oven. A superb bakery, go without hesitation!

I stopped by, not knowing the chain, and I really enjoyed the sandwiches; there was a good selection. The bakery section was also well-stocked. The cashier was very friendly!

The service and the saleswoman, a redhead with glasses, were very pleasant. It was a bit busy, but the service was very quick. The food was excellent; I had a tuna and vegetable sandwich, which was generously filled. The flan portions were delicious. For the price, I give it a 10/10, and the customer service was perfect.

I stopped by for lunch and received a very warm welcome. The service was very quick, the staff were very pleasant, and they recommended a chicken sandwich on cornbread, which was delicious. A bonus was that the chicken was halal. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I'll definitely be back!
