Campanile Dijon Sud Restaurant sur Marsannay-La-Cote

Hello I would like to thank the staff who were very attentive and responsive. However, I was very disappointed with the night we spent there… The room's air conditioning didn't work at all; it made noise but didn't cool anything, it was like being in a sauna. Despite everything, we had a good time and the room was adequate. We're actually coming back on Wednesday evening, and I hope the air conditioning will work properly this time, otherwise I don't think I'll return as this is an important factor for sleeping. Classic chain hotel. Room clean and comfortable for a night's sleep. Slightly worse service at breakfast. Breakfast is advertised from 6:30 am, so it starts to be prepared at 6:45 am and then there is one girl who does the reception, breakfast and cleaning, running around like a mouse in a cage.

Easy to access, the reception is of good quality. Catering service is available and the rooms are also clean.

Friendly staff, generous breakfast. The restaurant, however, wasn't really a restaurant in my opinion (they only offered a croque monsieur, for example, but no menu). The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was excellent.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, although the room could use a little updating. Special mention to Hugo for his excellent welcome, his helpfulness, and his great kindness. A real plus that makes all the difference!

Very good for one or two nights

Very warm welcome, very friendly staff. One small point to note regarding the room: it was very cold when I arrived.

During the Christmas holidays, we were passing through Dijon and went to the Campanile Sud for a meal. We were welcomed by Annissa, and we commend her for her gracious and efficient service. The pleasant atmosphere of the place made us return the following evening. If you're ever in Dijon Sud, don't hesitate to go.
