05/05/2026: Yesterday evening around 6:45 PM I ordered just two fries at the drive-thru and asked for a glass of ice cubes as a backup, and... the staff went above and beyond with exceptional kindness. Hats off to them! Around 3 PM, I ordered a Maxibestof Big Mac meal. After paying, someone asked me to park a little further away. Okay. I then saw several cars being served drive past. After several long minutes, the same person came and asked me... "Are you number 274?" I replied yes, and she gave me my order without apologizing for the excessively long wait. I got home 7 minutes later, opened the paper bag, and... the burger was squashed with all the sauce at the bottom. The fries were piping hot, and the burger was completely cold. I contacted your McDonald's and the response was, "Leave your name and we'll make you a burger when you come back." Oh yeah, and the offer to come back for a 20km round trip? No thanks. Sorry, but that's rubbish!

29/04/2026: Thank you to Stéphanie at the drive-thru for her warm welcome, her smile, and her kindness. She's also very versatile; she took my order at the drive-thru and handed it to me. I was able to choose everything I wanted, and she was very helpful. I went with her at 11:46 PM. She's wonderful, very, very kind, a true role model. And thank you to the whole team for the fantastic work.
