McDonald's sur Lagny-Le-Sec

Yesterday evening around 6:45 PM I ordered just two fries at the drive-thru and asked for a glass of ice cubes as a backup, and... the staff went above and beyond with exceptional kindness. Hats off to them! Around 3 PM, I ordered a Maxibestof Big Mac meal. After paying, someone asked me to park a little further away. Okay. I then saw several cars being served drive past. After several long minutes, the same person came and asked me... "Are you number 274?" I replied yes, and she gave me my order without apologizing for the excessively long wait. I got home 7 minutes later, opened the paper bag, and... the burger was squashed with all the sauce at the bottom. The fries were piping hot, and the burger was completely cold. I contacted your McDonald's and the response was, "Leave your name and we'll make you a burger when you come back." Oh yeah, and the offer to come back for a 20km round trip? No thanks. Sorry, but that's rubbish!

Thank you to Stéphanie at the drive-thru for her warm welcome, her smile, and her kindness. She's also very versatile; she took my order at the drive-thru and handed it to me. I was able to choose everything I wanted, and she was very helpful. I went with her at 11:46 PM. She's wonderful, very, very kind, a true role model. And thank you to the whole team for the fantastic work.

Takeaway order. Incomplete because one item was missing. So, back to the checkout and they got the item. A bit of time wasted. Luckily, I had printed the receipt to prove our purchase. Moral of the story: check the delivery and print the receipt.

I went for a massage tonight at 11:02 PM and ordered a two-meat McDonald's Extreme from the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized one meat was missing. I'm really sad to see the quality of service at this McDonald's declining...

Served this evening by Noéline. Very pleasant. Good atmosphere. Clean restaurant. Not a long wait. I recommend it. And the order was complete 👍

Honestly, I really like this McDonald's, but the major problem is that I have an electric car, and it's a shame that the charging station that's been installed at this McDonald's for a year now is still not working. So now I go to the McDonald's in Meaux just to charge and eat with the kids. What a shame!

Appalling 30-minute wait for nuggets and fries at 11 am (the restaurant was empty!). The manager was unpleasant, haughty, and spoke very rudely to her employees in front of everyone, sulking and looking ashamed.
