Waiting when there was no one there, priority given to employees on break, customers can wait! The reason given was understaffing, which is ridiculous, especially when it's empty. I feel sorry for it when it's busy! The manager is completely incompetent. This McDonald's really needs to rethink how it operates because it's getting worse and worse.
