12/05/2026: We ordered through the McDonald's app on the night of May 11th to 12th, and were refused access to the drive-thru at 12:45 AM. A car was parked in front, facing the wrong way, blocking the entrance. People on the patio (employees?) told us from a distance that the restaurant was closed. The restaurant was listed as open until 3 AM for click & collect. A very bad experience, especially since we had already paid through the app.
05/05/2026: Yesterday evening around 6:45 PM
I ordered just two fries at the drive-thru and asked for a glass of ice cubes as a backup, and... the staff went above and beyond with exceptional kindness.
Hats off to them!
Around 3 PM, I ordered a Maxibestof Big Mac meal.
After paying, someone asked me to park a little further away.
Okay.
I then saw several cars being served drive past.
After several long minutes, the same person came and asked me... "Are you number 274?"
I replied yes, and she gave me my order without apologizing for the excessively long wait.
I got home 7 minutes later, opened the paper bag, and... the burger was squashed with all the sauce at the bottom.
The fries were piping hot, and the burger was completely cold. I contacted your McDonald's and the response was, "Leave your name and we'll make you a burger when you come back."
Oh yeah, and the offer to come back for a 20km round trip? No thanks.
Sorry, but that's rubbish!

14/03/2026: I went to the Blachère bakery in Lagny-le-Sec on Friday, March 13th at 7:00 AM. There were no pretzels or sandwiches on display, and I was offered pizzas, which weren't on display either. Having expressed my dissatisfaction, I left without lunch for work. I find it very disappointing that such a well-established bakery isn't ready to serve customers right from opening time. The staff present were simply apologetic.
I had to make a detour to the LOUISE bakery in Saint-Mard (a competitor) to do my shopping.
A dissatisfied customer!
06/02/2026: The saleswoman was unpleasant and made us feel like we were bothering her. As a result, the service was mediocre. Furthermore, the pastries were hard; you wondered how old they were. I absolutely do not recommend this bakery. The one in Claye-Souilly is much better and more welcoming.

10/09/2024: Habitués depuis des années à venir nous régaler et nous réchauffer le coeur ici, une nouvelle fois tout a été parfait !
Les galettes ultra généreuses et créatives ( aux classiques s'ajoutent des " spéciales" qui mettent les produits de saison en avant) , les crêpes gourmandes et moelleuses ( avec ici aussi des " spéciales" , qui sont de vrais desserts dignes d'un grand restau) , on ne se lasse pas !
Mais on vient aussi pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'équipe, soudée et toujours à l'écoute des clients.
On ne présente plus l'inénarrable patron , " Magic S" , qui est un amour .
L'ambiance était encore plus sympa ce samedi avec la présence d'une chanteuse qui a animé avec talent la soirée.
Pour les talents ou juste pour le plaisir, soirée karaoké le jeudi !
07/09/2024: Patron hautain qui parle très mal au client. Oublie de commande pour un enfant de 3 ans et au lieur de s’excuser, vient personnellement à table pour une confrontation. A FUIR! Cette attitude est inacceptable pour un patron! il doit apprendre le savoir vivre!
