The customer already seemed tense upon arrival. The saleswoman greeted her with a smile and simply waited for a greeting, which she never received. The customer hissed in the saleswoman's face, spoke arrogantly, saying, "I can't stand these young people anymore," and became agitated for no reason, claiming she had already said hello even though no one had heard her. The saleswoman was simply asking for a minimum of politeness, which could have prevented any conflict. It was the customer who was impolite and aggressive, contrary to what she claims in her review.

A big thank you to Iris for her warm welcome and smile despite the late hour. I often stop by in the evenings after work to pick up some treats, and she is always available and helpful.

I ordered slices of cheese pizza and they were absolutely delicious: light crust, flavorful taste. The cakes and bread are also excellent, with remarkable quality. The service is pleasant and quick, and overall, the experience is very positive. A great find for a quick visit; I highly recommend this bakery for a successful and delicious treat!
