I've occasionally been disappointed by some of the desserts, but most of the food is very good, especially for a franchise. I particularly want to highlight the kindness and good humor of the lunchtime team. It's always incredibly busy, yet you never feel stressed or disorganized. Kudos to them; it's a little something that makes our break more enjoyable.
