I wanted to highlight the professionalism of this team, and especially the person at the reception/cashier desk this Monday, November 24th, at lunchtime. A fantastic young and dynamic team with a real business sense. That's something that's becoming increasingly rare, and it's very much appreciated. Thank you to them!

Paid meal deals: 3 for 1 free. The bread was good and lasted a couple of days. The Neapolitan pastries were just plain, industrial-quality.

10/11/2025: A truly warm welcome! Attentive and helpful staff. The setting is lovely, with the ramparts right next to the table. The food was absolutely excellent; I had a ribeye steak with a mushroom sauce, which was delicious! I highly recommend it 🙏

The menu is very varied, with options for all tastes—meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, and even some local specialties. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable from start to finish: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer advice. We felt truly welcome. I recommend this place without hesitation, whether for a dinner with friends or a family meal. I'll be happy to come back!

18/01/2026: Absolutely delicious, the best kebab I've had in Carcassonne! Top-notch!
05/01/2026: We stumbled across a place on a whim to get some takeaway pizzas. To my surprise, the dough was fresh, kneaded to order, and loaded with toppings. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!
