After the visit we chose to stop for a little while to have a coffee ☕️. Good idea since the time was nice and the coffee was excellent. We were able to enjoy the sun and protect ourselves from the wind before continuing our visit. In short, a good time.

Spectacular food, service and price. It is important to come very hungry, because the portions are quite generous, especially the cassoulette. It is a must to come and eat here if you come to see Carcassonne.

Repas en terrasse, c’est un lieu sympathique, plutôt calme malgré la multitude de personnes, avec une vue sur les fortifications. Une entrée très sud-ouest : salade de gésiers, un plat régional : le cassoulet, et un dessert : crème brûlée. Service rapide, bonne cuisine, je recommande.

05/04/2024: The food, absolutely excellent. It is essential to reserve a table in advance as the place is small and crowded. I am not giving 5 stars for the service because it became clear that the "natives" were given preference even if they had not booked a table. For the rest of the service, everything is excellent too.
04/04/2024: Famous creperie in Carcassone...and which appears referenced on almost all the city's websites. That makes reservations mandatory. You can do it by email without having to call if you go from Spain. I recommend doing it several days in advance. For dinner there are 2 seatings: 7:00 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. They have an almost militarized control in this aspect, since the first shift must end in time for them to prepare tables and let in all of us waiting for the second shift...while we waited to enter, we joked in case a family was late: -) Once inside, they serve you very well and the crepes are delicious. The price is average for the area, maybe a little high. I would repeat again.

01/04/2024: Very welcoming and smiling staff, well cooked dish but did not quite correspond to the description that the waitress gave and waiting time as long as for a cassoulet which my friend gave up precisely because of the waiting time! He could have had fun after all...
23/03/2024: The place is spacious, luminous, and clean. Very well located. The staff is attentive and the selection of food is pretty good. They have menus too (that's what we had) that are a very good deal. We enjoyed the food, except the cassoulet, which for us was too dry. But that's our taste, perhaps that's the way you prefer it and then it will be perfect for you. 🤗
