Absolutely fantastic! The food is truly delicious and homemade; three courses, nothing to complain about. The service was superb, very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it, and the location is simply magnificent, right at the foot of the ramparts, in a lovely shaded spot.

A very good traditional casoullette with sausage, pork, and duck. It took about 20 minutes to prepare, and the flavor was superb. The service was also very attentive and friendly, and the waitress spoke good Spanish. I don't understand why they don't have a higher rating. My partner ordered tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, and they were also very good. A great experience in Carcassonne, with a sunny terrace next to the walls!

A truly warm welcome! Attentive and helpful staff. The setting is lovely, with the ramparts right next to the table. The food was absolutely excellent; I had a ribeye steak with a mushroom sauce, which was delicious! I highly recommend it 🙏

04/04/2026: Small place but with some magnificent savory and sweet crepes, the waitress is friendly and very attentive, she alone brings all the service to the table and never stops smiling. I recommend that if you are in Carcassonne you go there!!
04/04/2026: Excellent cookies and crepes. We ordered a ham and cheese cookie with egg, a tomato and mushroom cookie, and a Nutella crepe. All delicious. The place is small, so you have to arrive early to get a table. But it's worth it. The staff is very friendly.
