I wanted to highlight the professionalism of this team, and especially the person at the reception/cashier desk this Monday, November 24th, at lunchtime. A fantastic young and dynamic team with a real business sense. That's something that's becoming increasingly rare, and it's very much appreciated. Thank you to them!

Paid meal deals: 3 for 1 free. The bread was good and lasted a couple of days. The Neapolitan pastries were just plain, industrial-quality.

10/05/2026: A pleasant little inn with delicious food. The waitresses are very attentive to the customers. The background music is very discreet.
07/05/2026: A fantastic family outing! The restaurant is well-located with a small, friendly terrace inside, and the staff are lovely! The price is very reasonable for a family, with the set menu at €20 (starter, main course, dessert) and a complimentary aperitif! I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: I went there with friends just for a drink, and the place is great! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm not from Carcassonne, but I'll definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area.
12/05/2026: First of all, the setting is superb, a perfect blend of modernity and the building's history. We ate very well, exactly what you expect when you come to eat here: excellent ingredients, quality meats cooked to perfection over a wood fire, and delicious side dishes! Special mention goes to Arthur's (the restaurant's chef) chocolate mousse.
