Ended up on the terrace of Le Trouvere during a walk through beautiful Carcassonne. Nice place, great food. Unfortunately, the toilet was not fresh and the man behind the counter was very disinterested. Shame.

The fries were too fried, too much oil, the croque monsieur was average nothing spectacular, the edges a little burnt. For the price it seems a bit bad value/money to me. (They really need to improve their fries).

Perfect place to have an original meal of local food. Sympathetic team, nice decoration. I'm on tour with a band and it's the best meal I had for more than one month!

Good atmosphere and service for such a 'central' tourist restaurant. We all enjoyed our meals and thought the price was right for the quality. We would happily go back for lunch.

Llegamos a Carcassonne un día horrible de lluvia. Decidimos comer en Le Trouvere, ya que era el sitio donde más gente había comiendo. Nos atendieron muy rápido y con amabilidad. El sitio dispone de varios menús además de carta. Optamos por uno de ellos y comimos muy bien. Buena cantidad y buen precio. Un acierto.

Servicio bueno y muy atentos. Comida tradicional muy buena y a buen precio. El horario de comida estándar, un gran punto a favor para los turistas. Recomiendo el menú de 18 euros, sopa de cebolla y casoulette de pato.

Brasserie Le Longchamp

26/03/2024: OK food. Great old building and nice staff.
24/03/2024: Ideal location with a beautiful terrace and space for children. Brasserie type, daily specials and decent burgers. Good value for money. A lack of staff in the dining room which led to around an hour of waiting but the kindness and calm of the 2 waitresses allowed us to have a good time with our 4 children this Sunday.
