The manager is very kind and has a great sense of humor, as does the staff, who are very friendly and attentive. The food is decent, with a very affordable menu. The ingredients aren't exceptional, but at least they're cooked properly, which is something in this kind of touristy place.

We stopped here for lunch and, apart from the slightly long wait, everything was great. I can't understand the negative reviews. (We had two burgers and the meal deal)

We've been coming here every year for the past six years. It's a must-stop. It's become a ritual. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. The setting is fantastic, right on the square! I highly recommend it!

18/07/2026: Thank you for the service. I come every day for drinks because the service is impeccable. The servers are competent and the food is spotless. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I especially love the waitress Laura—she's very professional.
18/07/2026: Superb experience and a great restaurant. I've recently moved to Carcassonne. I often come for lunch or dinner and the welcome is always very professional, the service is excellent, the dishes are delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I'm looking forward to the return of the gratinated rib steak with Cantal cheese 😉. Thank you to Redda, Laura, and everyone else for their warm welcome and professionalism ❤️
