I'm a regular customer of this bakery. Everything is very good. However, I bought a brioche supposedly with pralines, but there were only pralines on top and not inside!!! Even though it's called "bakery"... that was 3 weeks ago. I mentioned this to a saleswoman who replied that that's how they make them here... well, I won't buy it again because I was embarrassed in front of my guests.
But after visiting today, what annoys me and is the reason I'm writing a review is the manager who never smiles and doesn't say hello or goodbye, rushing to take your money without a "please" or "thank you" at the end. It's really annoying to feel like you're in the way!!! I come because everything is good except the praline brioche, otherwise I wouldn't come again! Dear Madam Manager, set an example, be kind and smile, otherwise give up your seat!
The products are very good and good value for money. I find that the service and drafts to be polite only one lady at the checkout and everyone takes care of everyone!!!! frankly it's a mess, in my opinion!!! we don't ask if it's on site if we want a coffee without a napkin!!! In short, they are all very pleasant overall. My impression all of this looks like headless chickens running around without really caring about the customer!!!
I have been coming to this store regularly for years. Some salespeople are more cheerful and pleasant than others but they all remain polite and I have never had any problems at this store. The store is clean and always well stocked. I only have bread and pastries at the moment. But for a while I had wraps and burgers which were very good. I'm less of a fan of pizza but it's a matter of personal taste. The pies are very good. And I'm not a big fan of the sandwiches because there's not enough filling for my taste and I think the chicken sandwich deserves a touch of mayonnaise.
The only real problem if I may say so is that all the pastries are very greasy and stain the bags in a short time. That said, it's a very good store overall.
