I'd like to share my experience. I went in on Friday afternoon to place an order and was met by the so-called store manager. Unfortunately, my request was refused in a particularly unpleasant tone and with a lack of respect that I found very unprofessional. I was very disappointed by her attitude and the way she spoke to me. The next day, I went back and, not seeing her there, I tried my request again. A sales assistant then went to get a young woman from the back of the store. This woman took the time to come and see me, calmly explained the reasons for the refusal, and outlined the procedure to follow so that my order could be processed correctly. I sincerely want to emphasize her professionalism, gentleness, kindness, and above all, her thoughtfulness. She was attentive, patient, and very helpful. You can immediately tell that she knows her job perfectly and has a strong sense of customer service. Thanks to her clear explanations and respectful attitude, she completely changed the impression I had the day before. She's the kind of person who deserves to be highlighted. However, based on my first experience, I think it might be worthwhile to examine the recruitment process and how some management staff interact with customers.
