Hello, I stopped by your shop on Monday morning for just three pastries, and the wait was unacceptable, especially since the young woman was the only one working there… A bad experience, and a real shame. I'll continue to go to the St. Jean location, which has much better service.

While in Montpellier for the holidays, I came two days in a row. The baguette is incredible and the tarts make you want to try them all!

The bread is good, even if it's not artisanal, and the staff are friendly. It's convenient after leaving the supermarket.

I'd like to share my experience. I went in on Friday afternoon to place an order and was met by the so-called store manager. Unfortunately, my request was refused in a particularly unpleasant tone and with a lack of respect that I found very unprofessional. I was very disappointed by her attitude and the way she spoke to me. The next day, I went back and, not seeing her there, I tried my request again. A sales assistant then went to get a young woman from the back of the store. This woman took the time to come and see me, calmly explained the reasons for the refusal, and outlined the procedure to follow so that my order could be processed correctly. I sincerely want to emphasize her professionalism, gentleness, kindness, and above all, her thoughtfulness. She was attentive, patient, and very helpful. You can immediately tell that she knows her job perfectly and has a strong sense of customer service. Thanks to her clear explanations and respectful attitude, she completely changed the impression I had the day before. She's the kind of person who deserves to be highlighted. However, based on my first experience, I think it might be worthwhile to examine the recruitment process and how some management staff interact with customers. Thank you again to this young woman for her warm welcome and exemplary professionalism.

The bread is great, I recommend this bakery.

The sports bread is really good, especially after the fig one. Everything in the evening is 50% off.

Being pregnant with several food allergies, I was a little worried, but the veiled saleswoman was incredibly kind 🥹 She took the time to pull out the ingredient lists and explain everything to me in detail. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy a delicious clafoutis with complete peace of mind. Thank you again for your kindness 💕
