The meal was excellent and the service was top-notch! A huge thank you to Lou who was amazing with us throughout the entire meal! We'll be back!

The service was far too slow, despite the restaurant being anything but crowded. Many tables remained desperately empty, and our waitress didn't seem to understand that waiting 45 minutes between ordering and being served was excessive. Especially when you have children for whom you order children's menus. And what about their surprises, which were only given out with dessert at the request of one of my daughters? Not to mention the lack of transparency and the fact that no bill was presented despite my requests. They were just there to take your money. I won't be going back, which is a shame.

We received a very warm welcome from our waitress and the receptionist on the day of our visit.
It was quiet, and she had time to chat with us and tell us about La Grande Motte.

During peak season, the restaurant's service is strained. The team is composed of many young servers, certainly well-intentioned and eager to please, but inexperienced. As a result, as soon as the lunch rush arrives, the organization's limitations become apparent.
Meat cooking becomes inconsistent, service becomes less fluid, and, right up to the point of payment, the processes seem poorly managed: the payment process is long, confusing, and unnecessarily laborious.

We arrived at noon, which was quite early, with the restaurant still three-quarters empty.
Everything went well: good service, good meat.
The major drawback: it was a long wait. No appetizers, just main courses and desserts, for almost two hours.

We received a very warm welcome from the assistant manager, who greeted and served us very well. She was helpful and pleasant, as were the other servers.
The ribs were good and plentiful. The Irish beef stew was good.
The Caesar salad was a bit meager.
It was quiet on the terrace, though a little stuffy.

We came today and were greeted by Nastassia. She was fantastic. As was Malon, who was super friendly! The food was good! Pleasantly surprised for a chain restaurant! Excellent welcome and service!
