Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Avignon

First and last time at this Marie Blachère. Not all the prices were displayed, nor were the exact ingredients listed for the snacks. However, I made my choice. The cashier left everything on the snack side without informing me. So I paid and collected my order on the other side, realizing that my purchases weren't in front of me (they were just behind me). Since I was ordering takeaway snacks, I wasn't initially given a napkin and a spoon for the panna cotta. I had to ask the same cashier, who was already serving another customer, thus interrupting the transaction. She invited me to help myself next to the coffee machine, but small cardboard boxes were blocking the view of the spoons in a multi-drawer plastic cabinet (labeling the drawers so customers know where the stirrers and spoons are would be a good idea, please). In the end, there weren't any, so she had to go get a box from the other side. It was around noon. Why wasn't the setup perfect? Why was the customer service so disappointing? On the other hand, the sandwich was excellent! The panna cotta wasn't fresh. It would be nice if management provided some parasols outside, as it's impossible to eat outside in the blazing sun!
