Le Restaurant de L'Hotel L'Europe

27/10/2024: Clean, good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast extensive and good. Some things were only 80 or 90%: egg dishes were the same color throughout. No sign of yolk or egg white. Croissants hard on the inside. Maybe baked more than once? Bacon not baked. Coffee varies depending on the machine. But everything is within reason. Complaining at a high level.
13/09/2024: Great dinner, Florence and her colleagues at the bar and at the service were super professional! Worthy of a prestigious restaurant, with great care. Bravo in the kitchen, everything was good, there is nothing to complain about. Count on my reservation during my next visit. Florence
