I often come to this bakery, and frankly, the service is usually great, especially from the young people who work there. Even when it's busy, they remain smiling and pleasant, which makes you want to come back. However, today I was served by a blonde woman with glasses and a black mask, and the atmosphere was completely different. Not very welcoming, no smile at all. She asked me what I wanted before I'd even had a chance to look at the pastries, and when I hesitated, she curtly replied, "Well, go and see." At the same time, while I was waiting, a young employee didn't know how to answer a customer's question, probably because she had just started or was still an apprentice. The same woman answered her by rolling her eyes in front of everyone, and frankly, I didn't find that very kind. When welcoming young people, students, or those on fixed-term contracts, I think it's important to keep in mind that they're often there to learn and need support at the beginning. No one can master everything immediately, especially in such a demanding profession where there's so much to learn. Having worked in this field myself, I know very well that it requires time and patience. It's a shame because the atmosphere and the way young people are welcomed usually give a very good impression of this bakery.

Staff very often different, not always happy to work, services rendered as one feels (2 slices of apple pie stacked in a box)...services are "go, go, next one" much too "production" than customer service...only advantage, open 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Good products in general.

Very often full, but this is understandable given the quality of the products. The waitresses take care of us very quickly and are attentive to ensuring we are served. Thank you especially to Cheima for her very warm, caring attitude and her recommendations!

We stopped by for breakfast as it's close to our hotel and on the way to the city center. It's a very nice place, the staff are friendly and quick, and the food is truly excellent, from sweet to savory. I recommend the Croque-Monsieur. The cappuccino is excellent.
