Excellent pastries, I enjoyed it. On the other hand, deplorable service. The redhead saleswoman who nervously poops in front of customers is blah. Apparently, he was not taught that problems between colleagues cannot be resolved in the store in front of waiting customers. Should consider replacing her with a professional salesperson.

A must in Gruissan. As much for the excellent varieties of bread, for the savory preparations and cakes, as for the warm welcome on the terrace (to be appreciated especially on market mornings...Wednesdays and Saturdays). I can only recommend!

Top notch bakery and pastries! The pine nut tart and the Narbonnaise tart are exceptional. In addition, the waitresses are very pleasant and the service is offered kindly and free of charge on the terrace. A big thank-you !

We stop by during a visit to Gruissan for a little snack and 2 coffees, the welcome is very warm, the saleswoman explains to me the different specialties. When I leave, I am given a big bag with brioches from the day before which would otherwise go in the trash. This attention touched me a lot because we are just people passing through and also the fact that they prefer to give rather than throw away. A big thank you for this big and good snack finally 😉
