Excellent experience! The whole team is very kind, welcoming, and pleasant. Special mention to the young man at the kiosk, always smiling, professional, and helpful. It's a pleasure to be treated like that. I highly recommend it!

Since the beginning of the year I've been coming to Paul's almost every day, and I've never been disappointed. Their pastries and salads are very good; I also recommend their espresso, which I drink often as a coffee lover. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and never forgets anything. I will continue to go as often as I can!

Excellent service every time. The staff is very friendly and smiling. My comment concerns the quality of the sandwiches. The different types of bread are very good, fresh, and there are no issues. However, the fillings are often meager, poorly seasoned, or not seasoned at all. The bread could use a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the sandwiches. A shame. The prices are generally reasonable... but I would prefer to pay a little more for better quality. The bread, on the other hand, is very good.

The waitress's friendliness needs improvement. After ordering a double espresso and a croissant, which was, by the way, very greasy and tasteless, my manners and politeness became obsolete in this kind of chain establishment. It sets the tone for the day. Training is definitely needed. To learn how to say thank you and have a nice day in addition to a simple hello and goodbye (my dog...?).
