The galette is back… and they're absolutely delicious. The frangipane is fragrant, perfectly sweet, and has a lovely chew. The puff pastry is airy, well-baked, and crisp. The glaze has a beautiful shine. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Delicious products. A clean environment. Welcoming staff. What I particularly appreciated was that they offered coffee, hot chocolate, and cake to everyone in line. This establishment is a true gem. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the service is very professional, with smiles and excellent advice. The enchantment begins immediately upon entering, with display cases overflowing with a wide variety of delicious treats. Everything is excellent! A special mention goes to the pastries and viennoiseries. Wow! The price-quality ratio is reasonable, but when you have this level of quality, it goes without saying that price is no longer the deciding factor. Excellent bakery and pastry shop. In addition to the friendly staff, the products are superb. For December 31st, they were the icing on the cake: for customers waiting their turn on the sidewalk, they offered a hot drink and a slice of pie while they waited. Thank you and best wishes.
