I'm shocked by the change, especially since this is the best bakery in Rethel. The young woman thought I had three hands, didn't have a small bag for my three cans, and rudely gave me three éclairs in a flattened pastry bag instead of a small box. And there was another pastry shop next to it. The presentation before eating is fantastic. 😟

Passing through Rethel this weekend, we discovered this bakery and enjoyed a tasting of excellent treats, including superb baguettes and small sugar cookies. The staff were also very friendly. I highly recommend this establishment and we will gladly return.
