We ate the famous white pudding from Rethel there. We received a very warm welcome, even though the place was almost full, and despite the crowd, the noise was very bearable. We didn't have to wait at all, and it was so delicious that we forgot to take a picture!

We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle ride (a bit late, 1:45 pm), and were welcomed in a friendly and convivial manner; the food was very good!

The blue steak was missing a star in the kitchen, but it arrived undercooked. No big deal, it was excellent 👍

Very convenient as few restaurants are open on Mondays, a real boon for us as we were passing through Rethel. 👍

01/09/2026: Thank you for the three birthday cakes for my daughter. They were a real success!
16/08/2026: This beautiful bakery is universally acclaimed thanks to the exceptional quality of its products, true culinary treasures that contribute to its immense daily success. A natural consequence of its reputation, it's often crowded, but the wait is part of the pleasure: it makes every bite of its creations all the more delicious and memorable.
