Boulangerie Vaxelaire sur Gerardmer

To have a good selection you have to get up early...by 11am there's not much left

The quality of your products has changed a lot recently, but not the prices (average pâtés, smaller fruit tarts, and reduced quality and quantity of fillings in your pan bagnat sandwiches (tuna, chicken, tomato, egg, mayonnaise, or curry)). We are very disappointed because even the bread isn't what it used to be. You'll have to raise the bar.

The local produce was much appreciated. The (small) seeded bread was also great. The service was quick and efficient.

The éclair au café and tartallette fraise are highly recommended! ;-)

A warm welcome and a vanilla flan to die for!!! Approved by all our friends (there were 6 of us) 😋

Very good pastries. Blueberry tart: excellent.

Beautiful bakery, very welcoming and friendly ladies, excellent products, magnificent view of the church of Gérardmer

The breads and pastries are good. But I think the sales assistants have a bit of a listening problem… I've gone twice for pain au chocolat and both times I've left with croissants. They're good, sure, but that's not what I ordered… It's partly my fault; I should have checked, but with the crowds, etc… Anyway

Excellent bakery and pastry shop

Super nice and delicious desserts
