Childhood friends!!! A great place right in the center of Gerardmer and so peaceful!!! ❤️❤️❤️👌 The service is impeccable!!! The staff is lovely!!! The receptionists are very friendly!!!

Stayed as part of a seminar with 30 other colleagues. For me, it was the first time I'd stayed in a 4-star hotel, and frankly, I had a fantastic stay. The charm of the interiors, the tranquility of the back garden with all its inviting spots to relax. Breakfast was superb, especially enjoyed on the terrace, and the other meals were excellent. The pool area was very nice. All the staff were so kind, especially the gentleman at reception with whom I joked about my room number throughout the entire stay. The room and bathroom were lovely. If I had one small complaint, it would be the lack of a tea and coffee tray. But that's really all I can say that's negative.

Given the upscale positioning of your establishment and the substantial amount of our bill, we consider this lack of follow-up unacceptable and contrary to the level of customer service one has the right to expect. We celebrated our wedding at the Grand Hôtel & Spa Gérardmer and have incredible memories of it. The evening was perfect from beginning to end: the menus were excellent, refined, and greatly appreciated by all our guests. The service was also impeccable, with an attentive, professional, and welcoming team. A huge thank you to the hotel's sales manager, who was simply wonderful. Highly professional, attentive, and always available, she provided invaluable support throughout the organization of this magnificent event. If you have a wedding or event to celebrate, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thank you again to the entire team for this unforgettable evening!

A pleasant but mixed stay. We were rather disappointed with the room despite the efforts of the reception staff, especially the very friendly and efficient Isabelle. The room was outdated, with no soundproofing and a very small, old-fashioned toilet. Regarding dinner, we found the service lacking and the menus unworthy of a four-star hotel. The portions were small and the food combinations were poor. I found the two-night stay very expensive compared to other hotels we've stayed in in the area. We did enjoy the spa and the very professional massages, especially Pauline, a true magician :)

We had a wonderful time at the "Grand Hôtel" restaurant. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the setting was marvelous, and the food was excellent – ​​not a single problem. Highly recommended! It was a gift from our children, and we were absolutely delighted. We'll definitely be back!

I did not stay overnight, I had a sea facial and access to the head centre, perfect welcome, very pleasant place and special mention for Marine who gave me an excellent treatment.
