Very good sandwich the one from chicken curry 😍

I go to this bakery several times a week. The staff is incredibly kind, and everything is delicious. However, I've had to avoid eating there several times because they have an air conditioner that they don't fix. Besides being extremely unpleasant for customers, it's frankly unbearable for the people who work there. I spoke with the sales assistants who told me they were going to buy fans and that they close between 4:00 and 4:30 PM, which is woefully inadequate. They have air conditioning; they should fix it. The work is already difficult and precarious enough; they should take care of their employees. A word to the wise.

Superb quality products, always fresh and incredibly appetizing. The almond croissant is amazing! The saleswomen are incredibly friendly, always smiling and offering great advice, despite some customers who need to rethink their approach. My heart goes out to them; they go through so much! Hands down the best bakery in Albi!

We had lunch here: a baguette with chicken and salad, tea, and coffee. Delicious. The service was very warm and, for us Dutch people, in English. TOP!
