Wow! What a spectacular place! Being vegetarian in France can be a little ‘samey’, Le Robinson is absolute magic. The owners are friendly, explained everything we needed to know and were so wonderful. The drinks are great, I’d particularly recommend their homemade infusions. The food is all beautifully presented, and tastes delicious! Also the ability to compost anything you don’t eat is underrated. The terrace is a stunning place for a long lunch, the tables are spaced beautifully and there are lots of options even for bigger parties! The views are unrivalled, and even in the 39 degree heat the fans and shade made it cool and enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Robinson for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There’s no place quite like it.

We had lunch there as a group of 11 for a birthday celebration, and everything was truly well thought out: the setting, the ambiance by the Tarn River, the large shaded areas, the beautifully designed patio, spaces for children of all ages, and pets are welcome :) I'm not usually a big fan of vegetarian food, but I have to admit that everything was delicious, and the servers were incredibly kind and attentive—a rare find. I highly recommend it!

I've been coming to Robinson regularly for the past few weeks. The place is exceptional: a quiet, cool terrace with a view of the Tarn River and the three bridges of Albi, or a garden surrounded by greenery. I go there for a drink or a meal. The vegetarian buffet is varied, delicious, and everything seems fresh.
