I came for a gift as a non-regular. I was very well received upon entry by the staff who were perfectly able to direct me to the gift that would best suit the person in question. I was helped by Nabil whom I thank and who was very smiling and helpful throughout our exchange. I was also treated to a free tasting at the back of the store with even cold coffees, which was a big help in the heat. 10/10 and thank you.

Great, however, I regret that the self-service area is never open. Why did you arrange this area so that it would always be out of use? if it's a deliberate choice, plus the preference for human interactions, why not repurpose it into something else entirely :)? A living room for example? All this unexploited space fades me

Good morning, I leave this review after several visits to the store, I have always gone there on Saturday and I have always been very well received. (Even in case of high traffic). I chose the Aeroccino 4, which perfectly meets my needs as a coffee lover. (Very attractive discount) For my part, the welcome has always been remarkable.🤌🏽 I have not experienced any welcome of this level, in any store.. New products are always offered to you, and this without forcing your hand, a coffee of your choice is always offered, including new products (coconut in summer for example) which allows you to have very nice surprises. Bravo Nespresso, you clearly stand out from your colleagues at all levels. What else? ☕ 😘

LOVELY staff. There is a gentleman that speaks english and got me my capsules with a smile. Now i can taste all the special ones that are not available in Spain 😋
