I went there three times. The first: great welcome and I left delighted. The second: great welcome at the entrance but on the other hand I felt the stress of the saleswoman and her impatience. I have never seen the self-service open even though there is a queue. I have always been used to helping myself to other Nespressos. So, I switched to click and collect. I order from home. Order ready in 1 hour. I enter the store and enjoy the pleasant welcome at the entrance. They give me my package and I leave. Top ! A suggestion: systematically give us recycling bags or at least offer them even if they are self-service.

As usual, very attentive but on my last visit I found the hostess less friendly because I did not want to take advantage of the current offer Otherwise I have been a customer for 20 years!

The store is spacious and the sellers welcoming but unfortunately the wait is very long and few sellers are available for a Saturday afternoon

Top notch welcome, very professional and attentive team, the little tasting coffee offered by the house is a very good point.

Friendly welcome but long wait before being served. Seller concerned about selling new cardboard capsules (very different taste that I don't like); forgot to put my gift in the bag… no hard feelings! I will go back for the aluminum capsules!
