Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.

We were greeted by Vincent, a fantastic barista! We tried pistachio, vanilla, and coconut milk coffees! 😋 😋 The staff were welcoming and very patient! Thank you!

I regularly go there to get my coffee and every time, the welcome is perfect, the staff are friendly, professional and offer good advice.

08/10/2026: Honestly, this is my first time here with my colleagues from work, and as a waitress myself, I have to mention the amazing service from Joan (I hope I spelled your name right). Her service was impeccable, always with a smile, always available. I really hope she continues to work here because I plan to spend almost every afternoon here enjoying a drink. 16/09/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, but the same old problem persists with order processing and preparation. Even outside of peak hours, it seems the staff is already overwhelmed with the low volume of orders. Otherwise, the food was good. The only thing missing is a closed restroom.
22/08/2026: I usually go to this McDonald's, but unfortunately they've replaced the comfortable chairs with old wooden ones. Meh...
