Boutique Nespresso Montpellier sur Montpellier

Purchase made in store in Montpellier on 04/10. Out of 5 Scuro capsules, 3 are unreadable by my machine. The QR code is not recognized by my machine. This isn't the first time this has happened. Considering the price of the capsules and Nespresso's image, this is disappointing. I threw away 3 unusable capsules.

We were greeted by Vincent, a fantastic barista! We tried pistachio, vanilla, and coconut milk coffees! 😋 😋 The staff were welcoming and very patient! Thank you!

I regularly go there to get my coffee and every time, the welcome is perfect, the staff are friendly, professional and offer good advice.

The store is beautiful but the welcome is not great, the saleswoman is not pleasant, I will order on the site
