17/12/2023: I was calm, I was relaxed, leaning on the tablet. I was looking at the list of pancakes. When suddenly in the window, a “Breton triangle” appears before my eyes. Terrific innovation from this noble institution. Curiosity piqued me and I decided to go and meet one of them: Emmental chorizo. What an organoleptic adventure...
