We arrived as a group of four, including one person in a wheelchair and another who is visually impaired. We received a warm welcome and were helped to get seated. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I personally loved the salmon with Maroilles cheese. The desserts were generous and delicious. A welcoming place, and we will definitely return if the opportunity arises.

The Brasserie Audomaroise offers a more than decent and extremely efficient culinary experience. It is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Saint-Omer.

I had a wonderful time at Brasserie Audomaroise! The atmosphere is truly friendly, the setting is charming, and the food is excellent, with generous portions and typical regional dishes. L'Auberge Du Bachelin

14/03/2026: Excellent. Dinner last night with 10 colleagues. I tried the escalope with bacon and cheese, the island cocktail, and the pear and speculoos charlotte. It was excellent at a very reasonable price. The service and welcome were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
05/02/2026: We went back this Thursday at lunchtime. Longtime regulars, we even knew the previous owners and were delighted to learn that the new ones had already taken over a year ago: the food is still just as good. With our drinks, we were served appetizers – a lovely touch. We chose a Welsh rarebit (a regional specialty) with delicious fries: generous and flavorful. For dessert, a vacherin ice cream sundae was a real treat. The owners are very friendly, and it's clear that the clientele is mostly regulars, a sign of a great reputation. I highly recommend this restaurant – quality, a warm welcome, and dishes that make you want to come back.
