25/04/2026: It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.

11/04/2026: The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

21/08/2026: The setting and welcome were very nice, and the concept was original. However, we were disappointed by a very low-quality rosé at €8, and for dessert, an equally low-quality plum with a cream that was anything but delicate, containing a few crushed pieces of biscuit. The chocolate mousse was very average, drenched in unnecessary oil. Unsatisfactory value for money.

What a delight it was to walk through the door of La Taverne de Duchenot! 5/5 +++ without hesitation for the food, the service, and the atmosphere. La Taverne de Duchenot offers fantastic home-style cooking showcasing specialties from the Hauts-de-France region, as well as superb themed menus from other regions. Everything is fantastic, right down to the desserts made by the owner. The setting is cozy, the cleanliness impeccable, and the owners and their staff are exceptionally lovely. 22/08/2026: We were in Pas-de-Calais in March 2026, and my wife and I just remembered that we didn't eat as well anywhere else on the trip as we did here!

12/09/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; it's excellent value for money. The waiter, JB, is fantastic; he knows his stuff perfectly and presents the dishes beautifully with helpful advice. The food arrives hot, cooked exactly as ordered, and beautifully presented. Never disappointed, it's a restaurant where you'll enjoy having lunch.

10/09/2026: A warm welcome awaited us in this stylish, eatery. Limited menu but tasty food. The only thing I would change is the size of the tartare- too large and too finely chopped. Flavour was good though. Perfect service. THE cleanest restaurant I've had the pleasure to eat at.

31/07/2026: The manager, who is also the waiter and cook, is very pleasant and polite. The food is absolutely delicious; I highly recommend the tempura—it practically melts in your mouth. The menu is varied, and the website might be helpful for any information. The wait time was reasonable, even though only one person was handling everything. The only minor drawback is the occasional lack of music, which can be a bit quiet when you're dining alone.
