Maggie, our waitress, was fantastic from start to finish: efficient, smiling, and always offering excellent advice on the dishes and wines. Her smooth and discreet service made the meal truly enjoyable. The owner, Alex, is present and responsive; you can see that he leads his team with simplicity, kindness, and always a smile. The dishes are well-prepared, colorful, and delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and a delightful local touch. The setting remains pleasant and convivial, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. In short, a place to remember in Thonon: good food, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere. To be honest, our experience at this family-run brasserie on the shores of Lake Geneva got off to a bad start. We'd barely sat down at our table on the terrace when a devastating storm hit the city. Squalls, torrential rain, and a sudden drop in temperature. The attentive waitress even brought a blanket to cover Madame's legs. Once sheltered in the modern, brasserie-style dining room, we were finally able to enjoy the house's excellent cuisine. It's local, fresh, just like home, and well-executed at the same time. The chef's father is a real character, and his son is a true boss who not only deserves credit, but also knows how to properly welcome customers in his authentic family brasserie. Oh yes, I forgot, once the storm had passed, the view of the lake was magnificent. We recommend, of course, the whole place.
