Brasserie de l Oustal sur Vaison-La-Romaine

We have been visiting Vaison-la-Romaine at least once a year since 2007. We eat at l'Oustal for just as long. We only have fond memories of what it used to be like. Unfortunately, that is a thing of the past. Carelessly served food and third-rate wine can now be found instead. The price-performance ratio has dropped very significantly. Very unfortunate. We have decided not to come back.

Pleasant and friendly bar and restaurant. Very good catering with good products and friendly staff.

Pleasant terrace and service. Hearty meal. The meat was tender, the fries excellent. We had a great time.

Hearty meal quickly served. Beautiful plates, culinary success was there. Tastefully, we found the grilled octopus, bathed in oil and the bergerie salad with a lot of salad and little garnish. The children's nuggets and fries meal was served very quickly and frankly nothing to complain about, homemade! Very good. On the other hand, a lot of waiting to get the aperitifs, the very stressed waitress is too fast, doesn't let us take our time. Fortunately the seasonal server was less stressed and therefore very pleasant. The prices are correct considering the orders. The terrace is pleasant. On the other hand, as soon as the sun turns to help, run away, it's a greenhouse!
