I agree with Catherine. Who are these people who are complaining. Often a review shows more about the person giving the review than the place. A local bar brasserie with three lovely ladies serving, all prompt,polite,efficient and smiling.

What's with all these complainers? A little empathy for the waitress(es), this attitude is awful. As long as the food is good 👍, honestly, the rest isn't a big deal. You just have to get up and go get what's missing. Everything's fine, hang in there, and have a good evening.

My go-to restaurant. Excellent value for money and friendly service. The option of a terrace is a real bonus when the weather is nice.

A small bar/tobacconist right in the center of Fougères with a small dining area in the back, but if the weather is nice you can also eat on the terrace. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. If you're out shopping at the Fougères train station and looking for a nice place for lunch, a drink, or a coffee, go there – it's right next door.
