An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The evening concept with the blind tasting menu is truly brilliant; you're completely surprised, and each dish was a real discovery. Everything was delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor… We savored every single plate! 🤩
The team was just as fantastic! Welcoming, attentive, and passionate. It really makes all the difference and makes the experience even more memorable.
A wonderful discovery, both for the food and the concept and atmosphere. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again, and we recommend it 1000%! 🥳

28/08/2026: What a find, superb food with very friendly service. Ala carte menu with excellent daily specials and scrummy desserts. The Chef was very personable and works in an open kitchen. Obviously lots of food prep going on before opening. Outstanding food
22/08/2026: A very pleasant bistro-style restaurant where you can watch the owner cooking with quality ingredients behind the counter, a very friendly atmosphere, and a waiter who serves excellent cocktails and presents the dishes beautifully. And of course, it's delicious!

20/08/2026: During my trip to Fougeres, France, we went to the Tante Suzette restaurant twice with my family for food, dessert, and wine. The memory of the pleasure of my trip with the taste of the many dishes we ate at that restaurant is unforgettable. The taste, the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the very friendly and polite attitude of the restaurant patron, was very pleasant for us. I hope we will eat at the Tante Suzette restaurant again.
15/08/2026: I'm giving it one star, but only for the cook. The older gentleman who seems to be the owner is pleasant with the customers, but that's about it. Since the kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant, we witnessed the owner reprimanding the cook…
There are dirty cutlery and plates on the empty tables.
The galettes are more expensive and not necessarily better than at other crêperies a little further down the road. I don't really recommend this restaurant and I wish the cook good luck.

06/08/2026: Rude people at the reception bar, not even a minimum effort to get a table when clearly there was space. No effort at all to speak any other language beyond French. Avoid this at all cost!

27/08/2026: After several trips past this "pseudo kebab shop," disappointed by the quality of the food, hygiene, and friendliness, and the lack of delivery service, I found a very good kebab place with homemade fries and free delivery. I recommend Food' Grégère at 33 rue des Feuteries in Fougères.

07/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant I discovered this evening with my son.
We each had a tagine, and they were truly delicious and generous portions. The welcome was warm and friendly. The decor was lovely, and the wonderful aromas transported us to another place.
I'll definitely be back.
25/02/2026: We've been coming here for several years and it's always been perfect, but things have changed drastically since then.
We came in January and really appreciated the waitress's attentiveness; she spontaneously offered us more sauce when she saw we were running low. A true sense of service!
During our recent visit in February, again just the two of us, the experience was completely different. The waitress wasn't there. The sauce bowl was still minimal: we quickly found ourselves without sauce and with dry couscous. When we asked for more, we were brought a small bowl with a few pieces of carrot (5 or 6).
After 9:45 pm, when there were only two of us left in the restaurant, we clearly felt rushed to finish. The owner, whom I found cold, was obviously waiting for us to finish before closing, even going so far as to clear the table while I hadn't finished. The result: a rushed meal in less than an hour, at 10:30 pm!
And a stomach ache when we left!! The unpleasant surprise (which I only realized later) came with the bill: €4.80 charged for an extra "vegetables" corresponding to the sauce I ordered, without this being mentioned beforehand.
I've always wholeheartedly recommended this restaurant to everyone I know, but this time it was a real disappointment.
