Brasserie De La Gare sur Montlucon

Hello everyone 😉 I can recommend

We were passing through Montluçon and, given the weather, we had to cancel our picnic. No matter: the Brasserie de la Gare was waiting for us! A warm welcome. Perfect service. A sufficiently varied menu: everyone found something they liked, including the children – "the fries are so, so good!"...yes, indeed the fries were good, but so was everything else, and we didn't leave a single bite on our plates. One drawback (there has to be one...): a rather noisy atmosphere and cigarette smoke wafting in from outside... Almost unavoidable in the back room of a bar. The price/quality ratio was good (less than €25 per person for a main course, dessert, and drink on a Saturday lunchtime).

I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are very professional and attentive to the customer and their requests. The food is superb, the dishes are beautifully presented. You can go there without hesitation; I recommend it 1000%! I enjoy coming for my morning coffee; it's pleasant, and having a meal there is even better. In any case, it's very professional. I'll be coming more often to eat at the brasserie with my son. See you soon!

A great brasserie by the train station. Good daily specials, very good coffee. If you're looking for a sunny terrace in Montluçon, Brasserie de la Gare has one. We'll be back.

Friendly welcome, kind and helpful staff, the food is simple but good. Efficient. I recommend it.
