…A Niçoise salad, orphaned, tasteless, no pepper, no broad bean!!! A revamped vinaigrette (with balsamic cream on the anchovies), a haphazard presentation in the ramekin (chipped on the side, by the way)… it's high time to get back to basics in the kitchen!!!

It's a very welcoming and friendly place. The waitresses and waiters are attentive and caring, which is quite rare during peak tourist season in Aix. As a result, I appreciate this approach, when I'm there and have the time, I create and give sketches/portraits to the customers... encounters with life that are always surprising and authentic. Keep it up!

I ordered the daily special, tuna tartare with avocado and mango; it was delicious. Afterwards, I thought it was odd to serve it with fries, but it was fine.
