Columbus Cafe & Co sur Aix-En-Provence

Excellent service and delicious!

My wife and I love coffee shops, and we have our favorites among the cities we visit in Europe. In Aix-en-Provence, there is no competition with Columbus Cafe at 7 rue de la Masse. The wide selection of house-made muffins and pastries is impressive, and their beautiful presentation in the shop is matched by their fine quality. The coffee selection is wide and good, and lately I have come under the spell of their smoothies, especially the strawberry-based one. The best feature of all is their staff, who are uniformly (no, they don't actually wear uniforms) friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is conducive to contemplation and relaxation, although the sound of their grinder is always there to remind you that you are in a place where real coffee is roasted and ground. Put this one on your don't-miss list.

I was delighted with my experience this afternoon. A big thank you to the whole team for their warm welcome, and especially to Constance, Clémentine, and Alexis, who were very welcoming. I highly recommend it!

I received excellent service. I spilled my drink, and they immediately refilled it for me free of charge! Quality products and a great place. I highly recommend it.

Always a very warm welcome, not to mention the quality of the menu! I highly recommend it.

Impeccable service, clean kitchen that makes you want to enjoy a delicious snack! I recommend it 100%!

A very pleasant and very well-managed place

Great experience! The welcome was really great, the team is lovely, smiling and very pleasant.

A very central and pleasant place, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are fantastic, really good. We've been having breakfast there for three days now and will keep going until our vacation in Aix is over. In a word: Great!!!

Sandwiches were great, drinks were ok and it’s best to sit by the window or outside. Great place for a quick and easy bite!
