We came as a group of 20, having come from Le Havre for the Christmas market. A friendly and welcoming place, we ate very well and will definitely be back next year. Great team, don't change a thing!

I came to have lunch at your place before, and I did check your customer reviews, but I have to admit it didn't meet my expectations. A hanger steak with fries is the simplest thing for a cook to prepare. However, the steak I ordered rare arrived medium-rare, and the fries were white. I pointed this out when I paid my bill, as I was in a bit of a hurry.
The two people at the bar said, "Oh, well, you should have said so, sir!"
Look, I don't think this should happen. If you order a dish, you should get it as you ordered it, and the fries should be cooked properly! That's the basic principle of a brasserie.

The restaurant is admittedly a bit noisy, but the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is impeccable.
It's become very rare to find a restaurant where you don't have to ask for another carafe of water or another bread basket!
The decor is nice, and the staff is very friendly.

After a quick order, we waited for our food. The burger was basic: just meat, sauce, and a plate with no garnish, no salad, and plain fries. In short, it was meh. The waitress, however, was very polite.

We had a wonderful time at Brasserie de l'Horloge. The carbonnade was excellent. The portions were very generous. We received a very warm welcome, especially for someone in a wheelchair. The service was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back!
