We were impressed by the size and furnishings of the breakfast room, the breakfast was rich and carefully selected, and the service was impeccable.

We had a very good stay. The suite was superb and there were lots of little touches (tea and coffee tray, drinks in the mini-fridge, bathrobes, slippers, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) that you don't find much even in other 4 stars. We will come back, for sure.

Charming hotel in the center of Moulins. And yet despite the location in the historic heart of the city, the establishment is calm. The common areas are clean. The staff are discreet and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. Wide choice and quality. The swimming pool, although a little small in size, does the job of refreshing the guests well. The car park is accessible and secure. The only downside is the security of this hotel, anyone can enter the hotel because the parking gate is wide open. Sometimes even in the middle of the night. Apart from this security aspect, everything is perfect. Sincere thanks. Raphael

Good morning, I took this hotel for spa on the night of May 28-29, 2024, upon my arrival I asked the opening time of the spa the next morning, I was told 10 a.m., Arriving the next day, I was informed that the spa would not be open, I admit that taking two suites in a spa hotel so as not to have a spa is rather very disappointing. I had already been to this hotel for a reception 3 years ago I regret that for the same price I did not have one of the nicest suites. I was in 207 which is good but cannot be called a suite: room not very large, just a table in the room, no sofa or armchair. The refrigerator in the room is very sparsely stocked. In the bathroom just a vanity set. And the breakfast is quite catastrophic: coffee machine stopped several times for lack of coffee, overcooked scrambled eggs, you have to beg for refills of jam and bread. In short, overall disappointed compared to the memory I had of it. Damage
