Pleasant setting, helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. Very positive. A bit overcrowded.

I was blown away by the warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor is elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The value for money is also excellent for a restaurant of this quality.

I was absolutely delighted with my visit to the Brasserie de l'Hôtel de Ville in Bordeaux! The welcome was warm and the servers incredibly attentive, the atmosphere very elegant, and the tables very comfortable. The value for money is simply amazing.

The waiter was very welcoming and, despite the chef being absent, prepared a wonderful lunch for us with delicious croque monsieur sandwiches. A big thank you for the hospitality and the smile :) We'll gladly come back :))

Hello, I would like to thank the young woman (I don't know her name, but she has red hair) who served us (there were several of us) today, for her professionalism and kindness. As for the young man who was handling the drinks at the bar and the "customer relations" (not very good...), you do a great job, please don't change a thing!! Actually, yes, avoid the "customer relations" aspect; you're really not good at it. Otherwise, it was very good, as always. 😉👍🏻

The service is outstanding, with a smiling and attentive waiter even for late arrivals, while the food is absolutely superb, as evidenced by a recent visit where every dish on the menu was a delight. Ideally located near the tram, train station, and cinema, it offers excellent value for money for a delicious and convivial meal! I highly recommend it!
