The restaurant offers tasty and refined cuisine, reflecting the local gastronomy. The dishes were well prepared and rich in flavors.
However, we were a little disappointed with the service. We did not benefit from advice on the choice of wines, probably because of our young age, while the neighboring table was treated to a detailed conversation on oenology.
This tarnished the experience a bit, but it doesn't take away from the quality of the dishes. With a little more attention to all customers the experience would be perfect.
A real culinary emotion like I haven't had in a long time. An adorable boss who moved us to the terrace as soon as a place became available.
In short, a warm welcome and excellent cuisine. This restaurant is a very very good restaurant. I tasted the dish of the day from a €27 menu: salmon in emulsified butter with ratatouille-style zucchini and corn on the side, which I had never seen cooked like this: a real delight.
I wanted to taste the signature dish: a risotto with scallops and prawns, and I immediately reached nirvana because it was so good. Hats off. You have gained two customers for life. We will come back to see you each time we visit Vichy.
