Beautiful place but very firm and unfriendly staff

Reasonable prices, fast service. Warm and efficient staff. Traditional cuisine, hearty and tasty daily specials. A place of life and conviviality. To try it is to adopt it. In Chartres, the sun is not always in the sky, but you can always find it behind the counter of the Brasserie de l'Ouest.

Very generous plate, very good, I recommend this place, very well located opposite the station

Less choice in terms of the daily special compared to before, the quantity has deteriorated since the departure of the cook but the prices have increased.
