Brasserie Des Alpes Snak sur Saint-Martin-Vesubie

We had dinner this evening and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The Caesar salad was delicious, hearty and with a balanced taste and the chicken burger one of the best we ate in France. The server was very nice too. We are delighted to have discovered this restaurant and highly recommend it.

5* everywhere! Simple but excellent cuisine, I asked for my steak medium rare and it was perfect! The end of season atmosphere at the beginning of the evening, not too many people, not too hot, great! Jonathan's service was exceptional, even at the end of the season the young man was extremely cheerful and helpful. Well done to the whole team

Very nice brewery. The staff is cordial and available. The menu is sufficiently extensive and the plates are rather generous. In short, nothing to complain about for a gourmet stopover (on the terrace in summer) with a perfectly good quality/price ratio.

Good salads and very tasty pizzas. It's nice to sit in the main square of Saint Martin, and the service is also good.

On this particular date (August 15 feast), the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and the waiting times were forced to lengthen. What about the 20 minutes to get a simple carafe of fresh water. regarding the dish, even if the entrecôte was delicious, the kitchen served me fries that were still frozen, hence a certain disappointment compared to my experience. Please pay attention to your customers, the prices are close to those of seaside restaurants! And one last tip, the glass of wine costs 5€ while the pitcher is sold for 10.5€, the calculation is quickly done.

A great discovery, beautiful, surprise on the village square. A smiling and attentive team. And hearty and tasty dishes. We will come back.!

A pleasant welcome, smiles on all faces and good service, what more could you ask for? I had a drink and a gourmet coffee before the road. The gourmet coffee respected the main criterion which is deliciously delicious! I can only recommend.
