A wonderful discovery in Saint-Martin-Vésubie!
Le Lou Pitchoun is a charming little restaurant where you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. We received a very warm welcome from the waitress, who was smiling and attentive throughout our meal.
The food is entirely homemade, with carefully prepared ingredients bursting with flavor. We enjoyed the Reblochon burger and the Alpine crêpe: absolutely perfect! The flavors were spot on and the portions generous. To finish, the crêpes for dessert were just as delicious.
A friendly and welcoming place where you'll have a wonderful time thanks to authentic and flavorful cuisine.
We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

09/06/2026: The food was delicious, the view was beautiful, prices very reasonable, and the service was… profoundly bad. We were seated around the same time as two other guests, and watched the other guests (seated right next to us) receive their menus and have their order taken, while we just sat there. Right next to them. The waiter genuinely seemed annoyed at our presence the entire meal, especially when after our dinner we ordered dessert and digestif. It was just a bummer to feel so unwelcome, with food, price and atmosphere really on point at La Cave.

09/07/2026: Delicious, homemade ice cream flavors. The flavors are quite classic, but there's something for everyone: chocolate sorbet, garden cherry, melon, pistachio, speculoos... Award-winning homemade jams.

20/02/2026: I didn't enjoy my meal at all, as the dish made both my partner and me sick!
I think the owner was intrusive, constantly asking for feedback every three minutes, which made it impossible for us to enjoy our meal!
The toilets were extremely dirty! We thought we were going to have a relaxing weekend, but instead, we had a terrible one.
I definitely don't recommend it!
Despite everything, thank you to the waitress.
