Brasserie des Cordeliers sur Nogaro

28/08/2026: We had a lovely time at the restaurant for our daughter's 18th birthday. The dining room was beautiful. We received a warm welcome, the food was delicious, and we thank our waiter Antoine for his professionalism. A wonderful discovery.

22/07/2026: Overall, a very pleasant hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very nice. Regarding the restaurant, the dishes were very good. I have reservations about the desserts, particularly the profiterole. I doubt it was homemade. I eat them regularly in quality restaurants that make them themselves, and here, the choux pastry was rather bland, the chocolate was basic and very small, and the ice cream was also mediocre. Regarding the parking, I have a major complaint. I have an electric vehicle, and the hotel has two charging stations. That's a very good thing. However, the rate of €0.60/kWh is completely exorbitant. Even on the motorway at ultra-fast charging stations, prices are lower than that. This is the hotel's real weakness; on this point, they treat their guests like cash cows. I wasn't paying enough attention before charging to hear the price I would be charged. It would be good to review this point, as well as the communication on how to connect to the charging stations. If I had been dishonest, I could have plugged myself in without telling anyone, the staff wouldn't even have noticed I was plugged in.
