The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and polite. The portions were generous, both for the children's menu and the à la carte dishes. The food was delicious and refined. A fantastic experience at Brasserie des Cordeliers! My wife and I enjoyed excellent grilled meats, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, which was a real plus. The servers and cooks were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was pleasant, and there was even a DJ show planned. We arrived a little early and left before the end, but it made us want to stay longer. A great place that I highly recommend!

A fantastic spot for a well-deserved gourmet break on the Camino! What a pleasure to sit on the terrace in the warming sunset and enjoy the special pilgrims' menu with a glass of Floc de Gascogne and a good glass of wine! Highly recommended.

We stopped by chance on our way back from vacation and had the calf's head – it was amazing! A very nice restaurant, generous portions, excellent food, and more than reasonable prices. We'll gladly return.

13/06/2026: Pleasant staff and quick service despite the crowd. The dishes (Caesar salad and burger) were well-presented and tasty. Air-conditioned dining room.
10/06/2026: We stopped by chance for lunch around 1 p.m. and were greeted with a smile. The waitresses were fantastic. I highly recommend it; excellent value for money.

05/07/2026: Stayed from July 3rd to 4th. The staff were very welcoming and professional, both at reception and in the restaurant. Good value for money for the room; perhaps consider blackout curtains for rooms overlooking the parking lot.
09/06/2026: The hotel was a bit off our Camino de Santiago route. But it was clean, the furnishings were basic, and the breakfast offered was plentiful.
