Brasserie des Cordeliers sur Nogaro

24/03/2024: This Saturday March 23, 2023, we were at the Solenca hotel/restaurant! Restaurant offered by a Smartbox and well, we were not disappointed! An appetizer made from duck rillettes on toasted toast, a real appetite-whet! A warm gizzard salad, simple and effective! It's good, tasty and plentiful. A generous duck leg, on a bed of cauliflower mousseline, artichoke scales and bacon with a slightly smoked taste that made me melt! To finish this hearty meal, a crème brûlée, flambéed with Armagnac. It's sweet and excellent to finish a magical meal in a very clean place and whose staff was attentive to us and very professional! To continue our idyllic evening we slept there! Clean room, rather well soundproofed! Bathroom with bathtub and magnifying mirror, hairdryer! Top ! The bedding is very pleasant for sleeping...or not! It's well organized and everything is clean! Go for it ! O

21/03/2024: Lunch today March 21, 2024 following a Wonderbox gift box. Very warm welcome at reception, the waitress very pleasant and very polite. We will come back very soon but this time with a group of bikers always looking for good food.
